Welcome to Science Owl Limited. These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website (www.scienceowl.education) and set out the agreement between you (the customer) and us (Science Owl Limited).

Our products include educational kits, materials, and digital downloads designed for learning and exploration.

Products are intended for educational use with adult supervision and are not toys for unsupervised play.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in packaging or materials may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We accept payments via Stripe (major credit and debit cards).

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

We currently ship physical products within the United Kingdom only.

Typical delivery times are 3–5 working days from dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other factors beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Digital products (such as downloads) are delivered via email link shortly after purchase.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email info@scienceowl.education within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
