Returns Policy

We hope you love your Science Owl products! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Physical Products

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK consumer protection law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine).

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving it so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How to request a return:

Email us at info@scienceowl.education with your order number and reason for return.
Once we confirm your return, we’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.
You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account.

Digital Products

Our digital downloads (for example, activity packs and printable cards) are non-refundable once they’ve been downloaded or accessed, as they can’t be returned.

If you have trouble accessing your file or received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll make sure you get the correct download or assistance.
